An army officer, home from strenuous duty overseas, was assigned
to the Pentagon in Wash .D.C. Each day for a week he shifted his
desk--next to the window, away from the window, into the corridor and
finally into the men's room. "He must have post traumatic syndrome" the
authorities figured, but the officer had a different explanation." It's
the only place around here" he said grimly," where people seem to know
what they are doing."
